Participation Costs
We are charging a moderate fee to cover administrative cost for running the the Summit and awards ceremony. The African CEO Media Corp expects participants to fund all associated expenses, including travel expenses, and hotel expenses in Kampala. Only a limited number of invited organisations and speakers or resource persons, especially those coming from overseas will be assisted in-kind based upon the availability of funds for such purposes. If funds become available on time (before the event), the ACM will only cover the cost of meals, including breakfasts, tea breaks, lunches and dinners where necessary, and other logistical support such as documentation, stationery and administrative materials for the duration of the Summit only.
Delegates must make their own travel and hotel bookings directly as the ACM is unable to assist with these. Delegates are advised to book accommodation in Kampala as soon as possible due to high demand. All other participants, including overseas delegates are expected to arrange their transportation to the Summit and also meet the full cost of their accommodation in Kampala.
